30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at sales@maroonbox.store. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns on:

Exchanges To ensure you get what you want, the fastest option is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. To qualify for this, the item must be:

In the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Store Credit We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees, and returns are accepted on selected items only.
